The ongoing success of trainers winning with horses fresh from a short break at Aquagait has continued. The Marc Conners trained Princess Aria won in emphatic style over 1800m at Sandown yesterday. The 4yo daughter of Oratorio was 34 days between runs which included 6 days on the water walker at Aquagait.
Princess Aria stalked a strong tempo and was very strong through line winning by an increasing margin of 4.25l. That was her fourth victory from 26 career starts and took her earnings over the $100k mark.
Her success follows other recent success for loyal Aquagait clients Matthew Dale and Scott Singleton.
Dale recently produced Hermosa Beach fresh up for 70 days over 1000m to record a dashing victory that even surprised her trainer following 17 days on the water walker at Aquagait. Previously a 4 time winner of 1400m races and a maiden victory over 1200m, Hermosa Beach was able to sprint well fresh to record an impressive victory in the open sprint at Canberra. She followed up that performance third up with a terrific 3rd place in the listed National Sprint at Canberra just 10 days ago.
Singleton tasted success with Celtic Diamond who was 33 days between runs, 8 of them on the water walker at Aquagait, in 1570m class 2 event at Cessnock. 2 starts later Celtic Diamond produced another strong winning performance at Nowra over the mile.
We are delighted that so many of our clients are seeing instant results on the race track.
